マグロ豚骨辛つけ麺（950円）
これまで味噌と醤油ラーメンをいただいています。
お魚らしさをダイレクトに感じる醤油。
その油分をまろく乳化させ旨みを感じる味噌。
次は塩かな、
醤油より一層、漁師鍋感が増すのかしら、
あら、塩はラーメンがないのか…。
などと考えていたのに、
塩つけ麺ではなく、味噌味の辛つけ麺を押してしまう私。
味噌がおいしかったんだよね。
おいしい。
たっぷりのキャベツとちょっぴりピリッと辛味噌。
そしてお楽しみの割スープがまたたまらなく嬉しい。
こちらえのきとブナシメジが入っている。
追加でライスを頼み、ぶち込んで、
おじやにしたい欲求をぐっと我慢。
あっという間に完食です。
おいしいんだけど、
やっぱりラーメンの方が好きなんだな。
理由は1つ。つけ汁が冷めるからです。
提供されたアツアツ状態のまま、
完食するまで維持できないものでしょうか。
許されるなら、
電熱器かマグネチックスターラーを持ち込みたいわ。
つけ麺の食べ方としては、邪道なのか…。
ともあれ次は塩つけ麺です。
塩ラーメンはできないのかな？
