いつも車をどこに停めたらいいのかがわからなくて来れなかったお店、この建物の裏は契約者となっているし、正面は施設とゴルフショップ、横も契約者と・・・この日は店に上がる階段の真正面が空いていたので行けたと言うわけ(;'∀')
車を停めて階段を昇ってお店に到着です。
広い店内はガランとしていて客人は一人、入ってすぐに食券機があってそこでポチしてカウンターに着座、券を渡してそのまま待ちます。
ポチしたのは「まぐろ豚骨味噌ラーメン(900円・)」、期待しちゃいますねーー
待つこと10分少々、カウンター越しにラーメンを受け取って写真をパチパチしてさてさていただきまーーす♪
立体感あるネギの上に蓮根チップス、大きなチャーシュー、挽き肉そぼろにメンマがちらりと見えるビジュアル、スープをまずすすりますズルズルズ、熱々なスープはなかなかのオイリーさ、味噌の味は控えめですが、鮪と思しき魚出汁の味と香りが豚骨とミックス、浮く背脂が濃厚さを増しています。
麺は中太やや縮れ麺で色は白っぽ、触感はコシあると言うよりモチモチな食感、触感はツルツルでスープに絡みますね。
メンマはやや甘め、チャーシューはしっかり歯応えの密度高いタイプでややビースト臭、挽き肉のそぼろとネギの下に隠れていたキャベツがお味の底上げと言ったところ。
私的にはもう少しお味にパンチが欲しい、脂っこさが前面に全面には厳しい仕上がり(;'∀')
まぁ、こればかりは好みでしょう。。。
