こちらのお店はまだ麻生にある頃から通っているお気に入り、とにかく店主がこだわり抜くスープがたまらなく美味いんです( ´∀｀ )
店の外にまでフッと漏れ来るスパイシーなカレーの香りからしてもう虜になってます、私♪
店内は木を基調としたシックな造り、ボックスとカウンター、中央には円卓があり、人数に合わせて利用が出来ます。
私のイチオシは「チキン(税込1,000円)」、大きな北海道産チキンレッグがごろんと一本、刻みピーマンと麩と言う超シンプルな盛り付け、何故イチオシって、まずは具材に邪魔されず、スープそのものを味わってくださいな、一口啜るだけでその意味がわかりますから( ´∀｀ )
幾重にも折り重なっているであろうスープがものの見事な一体感、スパイシーでありながら、それだけが前面に出ない秀逸なスープ、土鍋に入ってグツグツ状態で目の前に届く瞬間から始まるストーリーにハマるはずですから♪
刻みピーマンをまだグツグツしているスープに投下、これがまたシャキシャキと、そしてスープ絡んで美味い♪ピーマンのまとめ食い、私のおすすめ( ´∀｀ )
チキンがね、もう、、、なまら罪作りなホロホロ、スプーン一本で儚くも骨から丸裸、道産子チキン、当然ながら脂ノリノリで臭みなく美味しく、噛まずにそのまま飲みこめる勢いの柔らかさはこのお店だからこそ、これも食うたらわかりますからーーー♪

スープカレーに麩、これね、このお店のメッセージと私は受け取っています。
冒頭から述べた通り、"スープを楽しめ"と言うこのお店からのメッセージ。
麩はスープを吸いこみますからね、腹いっぱい。
だからこそ、その麩を食べることでこのお店のスープの真髄を知れと。
ターメリックライスもいつもブレることなくちょい硬めに炊かれてスープに絡みますからね、こちらも安定です♪
てなことで、スープの一滴も残さず飲み干し、チキンも軟骨までしっかり食うて、サービスのゆで玉子も全数食うて、美味しく完食です♪
なまら満足いくスープカレー、ご馳走様でした♪
