麓郷舎清田区にあるラーメン店「麓郷舎」に行ってきました。
場所は、札幌市清田区北野7条1丁目7-1
店内は、カウンターに、テーブル席でいかにもラーメン店という雰囲気です。
注文は、連れも自分も味噌にしました。
連れ注文の味噌は、チャーシュー肩ロース、麺は細麺になっています。
次郎系ラーメンで、増量しなくても、もやしやキャベツなどの野菜が丼に山盛りになって出てきます。
野菜、にんにく、背脂の増量が無料です。
自分は、チャーシューを肉厚のバラ肉にして、麺はオーソドックスに極太ストレートのままにしました。
野菜はほぼ、もやしが9割以上占めている感じで、スープに沈めて食べます。
スープは、臭みを抑えた豚骨系で、白味噌が入った白いスープです。
味は、ほんのり甘みがあり、背脂の旨味はあまり感じられないクリーミーでマイルドな味わい。
麺は、ちゃんぽん麺に近い極太ストレートでしっかりとした硬さで、スープとの絡みはイマイチな感じでした。
チャーシューは、柔らかくとろっとして美味しい
マイルドな味わいですのでボリュームがありますが、すんなり食べられました。
ボリューム以外のインパクトは感じられない普通のラーメンという印象でした。
