ランチのため、札幌市清田区平岡1条にある『RAMEN RS 改 (ﾗｰﾒﾝ ｱｰﾙｴｽ ｶｲ)』を初訪問しました。
店内には待ち客が3名。
券売機で食券を買って店員さんに渡します。
私は『煮干中華そば 880円』を、連れは『白煮干中華そば 880円』をチョイス。
10分ほど待ってカウンター席に案内され、すぐに着丼です。
丼ぶりを覗き込むと、淡麗スープとストレート細麺がとても美しい。
「煮干中華そば」は、スープに煮干しのエグミが感じられず、煮干しの旨みと醤油の甘みが絶妙なバランスで、のど越しのいい細麺との相性も抜群です。
「白煮干中華そば」は、「煮干し」と比べると、やや煮干し感が強く、こちらのスープの方がまろやかで滋味深い味わいで、どんどん飲み進んでしまいます。
「白煮干」スープは、自分史上トップクラスの美味しさでした。
この一杯だけでも、店主さんの丁寧な仕事ぶりが垣間見れるので、他のメニューもきっと美味しいんだろうと思えます。
今度は、平打ち手もみ麺の「背脂中華そば」や「鶏出汁艶塩」ってのも食べてみたいなぁ。
