とある平日、ランチにて通りすがりに土日のみの営業とあった清田区美しが丘3条にありますスーパーカーが店内に展示してあるカフェレストランが平日なのに『ランチ』幟出てたら思わずなだれ込みました。
駐車場は店横に数台分確保してあります。
店内は以前のビュッフェレストランのものを座席数減らしながらほぼそのまま使いつつビュッフェの料理置いていた場所にはランボルギーニ、ポルシェ。フェラーリとスーパーカーが並べてあり『サーキットの狼』世代はワクワク致します。
BGMはジャパニーズポップスのヒット曲が流れています。
この日メニューより、平日はパスタ専門店になっており数種類の中から気になる”漁師風貝盛ボンゴレビアンコ(1200円税)“を爽やかイケメンシェフにお願いしてみます。
先発隊のサラダから・・・ホウ、薄くスライスしたオシャレな色付きカブと葉物野菜をイタリアンなドレッシングにて。
本体到着しました。おっ！貝が盛り盛りです♪。
では一口・・・おおっ！魚介の出汁～っ！。
熱々提供が嬉しいボンゴレの麺は平均的な太さでムニムニした食感で黒胡椒の辛みやニンニク片、絡まるたっぷりなオイルと貝達の旨みが炸裂しています！。
具材はあさり、ハマグリ、カラス貝、ホッキ？、おーっ、カニ！、ちっちゃなトマト辺りを確認出来て貝好きな方には満喫出来るパスタでした。
ふと、聞けばこちらのオーナーが土日のみしかやられないので2月頃から月曜日～金曜日は別なシェフがパスタのお店として営業しているそうでお陰様でようやく僕も伺う事が出来ました♪。
