平日11:30の開店合わせで来店。
すでに5名ほどの列ができていました。
塩G郎、200g、麺硬めを注文。
コールはアブラ、ニンニク少なめ。
ライスが1杯無料という嬉しいサービスもありました。
塩味の二郎系は初めてだったので、どんな感じになるのかワクワクしながら待っていました。
スープは濃いめの塩ラーメンという感じで、あまり豚骨を感じられず二郎っぽさが薄かった印象です。
野菜はかなりシャキで味は薄かったので、アブラの量がもう少し多くても良かったかなと思いました。
豚は薄めにカットされていましたが、柔らかくジューシーで味も良く美味しかったです。
麺は四角い太麺で、硬麺にしたこともあり噛み応えのある好みの麺でした。
もう少し小麦の風味を感じられるとより良かったと思います。
次回は醤油かまぜそばに挑戦したいと思います。
