清田通り沿いにオープンした台湾料理店にお邪魔しました。
店舗前駐車場有。
ランチメニューも豊富。
QRコードからオーダーする仕組み。
近頃こちらのシステム取り入れしているお店に出会いますが
まず、美味しいお料理がいただける気がしない。
お料理に関して質問する事も出来ない事もありますが、
お尋ねしたくても躊躇します。
ランチメニューから鶏肉黒胡椒炒め注文。
提供まで10分弱です。
鶏肉黒胡椒炒めですが、
甘辛なタレであまり黒胡椒感はなく、
鶏肉が細切れでいただくのに少々ストレス。
付け合わせのお豆腐のタレがとても美味しい。
スープは味噌仕立てに中華調味料が入った不思議なお味。
次回機会ございましたら台湾ラーメンいただきたいと思います。
