土曜日ランチで来訪しました。
目指して行かないとわからないような場所にあります。
近くまで行くとのぼりが立っており、
オレンジ色の外観が目印です。
靴を脱いで上がるお家みたいなお店。
福岡県出身のご店主。
テーブル・座敷の25席。
禁煙で駐車場もあります。
BGMにはテレビが流れております。
今回頂いたのが、
・長崎ちゃんぽんミニ豚丼セット ￥1080
です。
具材はキャベツ、玉ねぎ、にんじん、もやし、
キクラゲ、なると、てんぷら、豚肉、いか。
麺は丸みのあるストレート麺。
スープは豚骨と鶏ガラのＷスープ。
濃すぎずマイルド。
豚丼は紅ショウガ、のり、玉ねぎがのっており、
肉はバラ肉。
味付けは普通です(笑)
家庭的な札幌では珍しいちゃんぽん屋さん。
