札幌にカレー屋さんはたくさんあるけど、パキスタン料理はほとんど見かけません。興味津々で行ってみることにしました。
手作り感満載の店舗。手書きの看板がなければ、花屋さんと見間違う感じです。
メニューは１種類だけしかありません。ただ量によって値段が違います。
普通はご飯１膳、中が２膳、大が３膳の違いです。
メニューが決まっているので、出てくるのは早いです。
最初にきくらげ入りのサラダが出てきました。
インド料理とはまた違います。ここだけなのか、これがパキスタン料理なのかはわかりませんが、カレーとは別にサラダがあるのは嬉しいです。
ご飯はジャポニカ米、ルーは鶏肉がたっぷりはいっています。
厨房の中には１０種類以上のスパイスの袋が並んでいました。
ルーは、スパイスが効いていて結構な辛さです。
でもその辛さよりも、生姜の辛さを図抜けて感じました。
これだけ生姜が効いているのは初めてです。
食後には、チャイが運ばれてきました。
こちらのスパイスは控えめ。
ほんのり甘く、あっさりして美味しかったです。
