あまり宿のバイキングには期待をしていない人なのですが、良い宿は朝食も抜かり無し。
和食を中心に一品一品のクオリティーの高さに驚かされます。
特に北海道産の蒸したじゃがいもの食べ比べがありまして、私の好きなインカのめざめも有って嬉しさ倍増。
じゃがいものお供のバターとイカの塩辛なども横に置いているところが素晴らしいですね。
また、ふる川さんは食事処だけで無くスタッフの方々が親切で丁寧な応対をされるので感服しております。
