なだ万などを含めた和食系で修行を詰まれた店主さんが経営する
ちゃんとダイニングひろさんの横に併設したザンギ屋さんです。
9月にスタートしたラーメン部門も含めると三毛作の営業をされています。

名物の塩ザンギで1パック販売のものです。量は多めです。
このザンギは全体的に皮付きの部分がかなり多いというか
皮がしっかりとついています。そして全体的に良い揚げ具合です。
味はほど良い塩加減で少し胡椒が利いているシンプルな味わい。
良い意味で少し引き締まった身の食感も良い感じです。

和食系で研鑽を詰んだ店主が経営する居酒屋、ザンギ屋、ラーメン屋の
三毛作の営業のお店です。居酒屋は夜営業ですがこちらザンギ屋は
間口が別で外側にお店があり昼からテイクアウトのみの営業しています。
この日は金・土・日のみでやっている昼のラーメン部門を利用したあと
こちらのザンギを買って帰りました。どこか居酒屋っぽく本格的で
なかなか美味いザンギだったように思いました。
ラーメンもそうですがこちらもまた利用してみたいと思いました。
