塩ザンギ 金賞受賞店
新感覚の塩ザンギです、ザンギでもなく、唐揚げでもない、札幌塩ザンギです！ しっかり揚げてるのが当店の特徴なので、よくあるザンギとは異なります！ 十分な量を揚げてありますが、時間帯によってはお待たせすることがありますので、最高の揚げたてをお召し上がりいただくためには、ご予約をおすすめいたします！ |
とある平日、仕事終わりにちょっと普段行かない所へ行き、タダで帰るのもと立ち寄りました気になるから揚げメインの惣菜屋さんです。
現着すればやはり駐車場が無いので頭使います。
この日メニューより、モトイ陳列棚＆ショーケースから気になったものを少々。
“タルタルチキン(480円)”
では一口・・・ちょっと黄色のタルタルが見た目から美味しそうで一口食べればやっぱり裏切らない玉子が効いており、埋もれた皮付きのチキンも脂の美味しさあって選んで良かったです。
“たぬき稲荷寿司(200円)”
以前何処かで食べたような気がするお揚げさんの皮を裏返して酢飯を包み込みひと口頬張れば甘じょっぱいつゆが染み出てきて良い感じです。
”塩ザンギ(300円)”
ホントは温めた方が良かったと後悔するも固めの衣がカラッと揚がっており、鶏肉自体は弾力あるものでタルタル同様皮が美味しいです。
地下鉄の駅から比較的近くなので駐車場が必要無いのでしょうが個人的には交通量が激しい道路なのでちょっと無いのが残念です。
