南区芸術の森から更に奥に向かうと明らかにかっこいいファサード。
COQ(コキュウ)…ネーミングセンスが抜群です。
まず、入口のサインからしてかっこいい！
テキスタイルのアートギャラリーがまず出迎えてくれます。
優しい素材感溢れる作品がたくさん。購入もできます。
インテリアは解放感があって、名前の通り自然や素材感を大切にした
とっても素敵な空間です。
南区なだけあって札幌軟石もたくさん登場します。
地元の素材を大切に、というコンセプトが伝わってきます。
丁度角の席についたので外の景色も楽しめるし、
夏はこのテラスがきっとステキなんだろうなと妄想。
なんでも、1日一組限定のゲストハウスがあるとか…
是非見学してみたいものです( *´艸｀)
硝子越しにゲストハウスへの階段をちらっと見ましたが、
そこだけでもかっこよかった…。
お食事は本日のCOQプレート2,400円と
ヘルシーごちそうサラダプレート2,000円を注文。
まずはスープ。
素材感を大切にしているだけあって器がすごい！
一瞬布のように見える不思議なカップです。
美味～。
次に前菜。
これはけっこうな種類とボリューム。
お肉も野菜もお魚もバランスよくとれて
とても大満足な前菜です。一品一品おいしくて
もうこの時点でかなり満足＾＾
続いてメイン。
この日はチキンの中にサフランライスが詰めてあるものでした。
トマトソースが好みで美味しい。
前菜ほどの感動は無いですがボリュームも満足です。
サラダプレートの方は普段あまり食べられないロマネスコがはいっていて
ちょっと高まる…＾＾
こちらもソースがおいしい。ナイフとフォークでお上品に、というより
お箸でサクサク食べたい感じ＾＾
次はデザート。
何種類から選べたのでかなり迷う…。
フォンダンショコラはコースの流れ的に
すごくちょうどいいサイズで食べやすかった。
コーヒーカップを持ち上げると蝶々がでてきたり
最後まで器でも楽しませてくれる楽しいランチでした！
コスパは空間や場所を考えると妥当かと。
しっかりしたコンセプトとステキなデザインの
ステキなレストランでした。
ちょっと特別な日に、また行きたいと思います。
