2020年の春にオープン、コロナ騒動で大変だったと思いますが、6月末現在通常営業しています。近年、全国でその数を増やしていると聞くご当地ダムカレー。このレストランにも二種類のダムカレーが提供されています。
今日は、そのうちの一つ「豊平峡ダムカレー」を注文してみました。
薄く湾曲した堤体を、ご飯で忠実に再現しています。鶏ひき肉入りのカレーが満々と湛えられ、ダムの下流には、グリルした鶏肉、フライドポテト、アスパラガス、パプリカが色とりどりに配置された、芸術的な一皿でした。
スパイシーで、やや甘めの美味しいカレーです。私的には、もう少し辛くても良い。或いは辛さが選べると理想的ですね。まずは一度お試しあれ！
