20㎞以上自転車漕いで「八剣山」までそばを食べにやって来ました
その後かき氷食べてパンを買ってから「八剣山ワイナリー」をブラブラ
敷地内に別棟で併設する「八剣山キッチン&マルシェ」
ワイナリーで醸造されたワインは当然ながら道内ワインなどの販売、地元の加工食品、調味料など販売するスペースの傍らにイートインスペースが設置されます
自社生産されたワインは元よりそれに合わせたサイドディッシュの他「サンド、カレー、ピザ」など食事類も用意されている
購入したのは「ジェラートシングル＠380」をPayPay払い
ササっとカップに盛り付けて渡されます
POPには「豊平峡ダムのトンネルでじっくりと熟成された濃厚抹茶のジェラート」と有ります
外のウッドデッキのテーブル席に座りいただきます
円やかな舌触りで優しい甘さです、抹茶の風味は「濃厚」と云うほど強さはなく万人向け
なかなか行く機会もないのでワイン１本買ってくりゃよかったかな…国内産ワインはあまり好きじゃないんですけど
敷地内ではキャンプが出来たり、ブドウ畑やビオトープを巡る散策路が整備され、ノルディックスタイルやスノーシューを使ってのウォーキングがいつでも楽しめます
八剣山登山（夏季）や隣接するパークゴルフ場や乗馬クラブでのアクティビティも盛りだくさん。
春にはヤマザクラやミズバショウが彩りを添え、秋には紅葉狩りなど見どころ満載
ワイン用のブドウ栽培の他リンゴや食用ブドウの栽培、ジュースやジャム作りも行われています
南区遊びは定山渓ばかりではなく、こちらへも是非立ち寄ってみてください、お薦めです
