仕事終えて帰宅後の情報番組で、札幌市南区澄川に唐揚げ屋さん令和３年10月20日新規オープンのお知らせ。昔住んでいた地区だけに、ドライブがてら買いに行きました！
最近、唐揚げブームなんですかね、中津唐揚げやら、ここは元祖長崎あご出汁唐揚発祥だとか。九州から攻めてきていますね。
丁度お昼、車内で食べますよ(^-^)
レギュラーから揚げ、プレミアムから揚げ、手羽中とある中、選んだのは、レギュラーから｢プレーン｣｢九州甘醤油｣｢ミラクルソース｣の三種類。プレーンが、あご出汁なんです。
九州甘醤油、ミラクルソースは、衣の上からそのタレをかけたような感じです。
いやあ、どの味も、モモ肉を使用。柔らかい、しかし程よい弾力ある食感。衣は、カリッとしつつ、タレからまり、いやあ、旨い！( ￣▽￣)
そんなにお腹空いていませんでしたが、一口食べると、食欲増して、ペロッと３個食べてしまいました(^^;
写真では、上手く伝えられておりませんが、オススメです！
