平岸でクレープを食べた後に近くにコチラがオープンしたのを思い出し寄ってみる事に
コチラは長崎発のお店でアゴ出汁を使って味付けした唐揚げを椿油で使って揚げた唐揚げが売りのお店
直接行ってから注文しても良いけど事前に連絡入れれば待たずに揚げたてを頂けるので事前に電話予約する事に
メニューを見れれば味付けは5種類(プレーン､九州甘醤油､ミラクル､焦がしガーリック､極塩)
どれも美味しそうだったので､五種組み合わせ自由にして､各々を二個ずつの注文
これ単品で買うよりお得なんですよね
時間に合わせて行くと熱々出来立ての唐揚げを受け取って､熱々のうちに近場で頂きます
唐揚げはカラッと揚がっていて肉汁たっぷりでジューシーです
プレーンはアゴ出汁の効いた醤油ベースの味付け
九州甘醤油は九州らしく甘味のある醤油味で美味しい
ミラクルは企業秘密の味付けらしく甘酢の様な味わいだけど甘味も強くなく酸味もある訳ではなくて説明が難しいですねw
焦がしガーリックはニンニクたっぷりのタレに浸けた訳ではなく､唐揚げに後からガーリックパウダーを振りかけた物
食べる前はガーリックの匂いが強いけど食べてみるとガーリックはそんなに強くないので食べやすい
極塩は塩の塩味が円やかでさっぱりとしていて食べやすい
なかなか美味しい唐揚げでまた機会あれば食べたいですね
