[Original Nagasaki chin stock fried chicken] Crispy and glossy with chin stock and camellia oil! The size and taste are unparalleled!
[6 minutes walk from Sumikawa Station] This is the original Nagasaki chinko-dashi fried chicken "Fukumanya"! The juicy fried chicken with chin stock is on a whole other level in size and taste! Furthe |
At lunch on a weekday? I visited a restaurant called ``Original Nagasaki Ago Dashi Karaage'' located in Sumikawa 6-jo, Minami-ku. The parking lot is a bit difficult if it is vertical in front of the store, but it seems like you can park several cars. The inside of the store is a bit spacious for a Bento (boxed lunch) shop, with a reception counter and nine waiting chairs. The background music is cool Western music. From the menu that day, I thought it would be a Bento (boxed lunch) for lunch, but somehow I couldn't get enough of it, so I decided to try a few fried tomato items that caught my eye. It seemed like they fried it well after I ordered it, and it was completed after a few minutes of waiting time. "Plain (130 yen)" At first glance, it looks like a normal fried chicken in terms of size and appearance, but once you take a bite...the sweetness and flavor that seems to come from the chin stock are good, and the meat is all tender. I was there. "Miracle Chili Garlic (160 yen)" There was a little bit of skin on the surface of what seemed to be plump breast meat, and the red chili pepper was sprinkled on it, so it wasn't as spicy as it looked, and I could feel the flavor of the garlic. "Sweet and Spicy Black (160 yen)" There was a strong presence of spicy black pepper that was complemented by the crispy skin, and the sweetness and umami were unexpectedly outstanding. "Honey Mustard (160 yen)" As the name suggests, it is a sweet sauce that is probably made from honey, and the spiciness of the mustard is hardly noticeable, but the sweet and sour flavor seems to balance it out. I suddenly realized that the benefit of the chin soup stock was a mystery to me, but it certainly had its own flavor, so I enjoyed the fried chicken. I also liked that the people at the store were friendly. Thank you for the meal.
