This is a restaurant specializing in fried Bento (boxed lunch) located in the Sumikawa area of Minami Ward, Sapporo. This is the birthplace of the original Nagasaki chinko dashi karaage, and it sells 30,000 pieces every day, so it seems like the fried restaurant is challenging the Zangi Kingdom of Hokkaido. I'm excited about the rich lineup of flavors, and since the food is fried after ordering, you can take it home freshly fried. As for the portion, the large thigh meat is soft and juicy without any noticeable streaks.
