[Original Nagasaki chin stock fried chicken] Crispy and glossy with chin stock and camellia oil! The size and taste are unparalleled!
[6 minutes walk from Sumikawa Station] This is the original Nagasaki chinko-dashi fried chicken "Fukumanya"! The juicy fried chicken with chin stock is on a whole other level in size and taste! Furthe |
This is a restaurant specializing in fried Bento (boxed lunch) located in the Sumikawa area of Minami Ward, Sapporo. This is the birthplace of the original Nagasaki chinko dashi karaage, and it sells 30,000 pieces every day, so it seems like the fried restaurant is challenging the Zangi Kingdom of Hokkaido. I'm excited about the rich lineup of flavors, and since the food is fried after ordering, you can take it home freshly fried. [b:●Plain 130 yen ●Miracle Sauce 140 yen] Take it home and enjoy it immediately with a Saturday evening drink. As for the portion, the large thigh meat is soft and juicy without any noticeable streaks. The thin coating was crisp, and the flavor of the chin soup stock was subtle, but the overall flavor was a little sweet. Miracle sauce has a sweet and spicy taste. To put it simply, it tastes like it would go well with rice. The quality is not bad, there is no oily taste, so it is fried, and the price and number of grams are consistent. The potential and quality seem to be that of a popular restaurant in Kyushu, but considering the sweetness, as a Hokkaido native, I tend to prefer zangi, otherwise I prefer the simpler fried karaage. However, white wine as an evening drink goes well.
