はるらんなさんでのカフェタイム
「心の里 埜のてらす」
広々とした敷地の中に
屋外のテラスや体験デスク
マルシェやスイーツショップ
そしてコチラのレストランと
定山渓の新たな拠点になっています。
ちょっと訪れていないうちに
定山渓は
より魅力的な場所になっていましたね。
オープンと同時にカフェタイム。
快晴の屋外テラスを臨みながら
冷た〜いアイスコーヒーで喉を潤します
妻はバスクチーズケーキを。
バスクチーズケーキは
定山渓玉子ぷりんをまるごと使い
北海道産のクリームチーズと蜂蜜で
とろっとろの仕上がり。
おいしかったです。
アイスコーヒーも普通においしい。
テラスのスタッフさんが
みんな明るくきさくで優しくて
三男坊はすっかりおしゃべりに夢中です。
妻もボクもテンションあがって
5月の眩しい緑と青い空
カフェタイムのあとは
清々しいテラスで
ブランコ椅子に座って楽しむ。
この時間と空間に
とっても癒されました〜( ^ω^ )
