上品な京風和食の店だが、まず接客が悪い。
特に、サーブ係の男性は全く気もきかないし、愛想も悪い。
価格と見合わないサービスの質。この価格帯の店では二幸や天金に行ったが、これほど接客の悪い店は旭川にないのではないかと思う。
従業員教育にもう少し気を配って頂きたい。
料理そのものについても、料理人の腕は認めるものの、価格と食材の質が見合わない。
丁寧な仕事をされているが、いかんせん、食材の質が価格に見合わない=コスパが悪い。
基本的にはお店の考え方だし、否定はしないものの、価格見合いでもう少し食材の質を上げてはどうかと思う。
不動産費が掛かる立地でもないのに、粗利率が高すぎな気がする。
今のままでは再訪はないでしょう。
