昭和２５年創業の焼鳥専門店。旭川名物「新子焼き」をはじめ、手仕込みの焼鳥が味わえます。
旭川名物「新子焼き」（若鶏の半身焼き） 串のフルコース（かしわ・豚レバー・金柑・とりモツ・砂肝・豚舌・ヒナ皮） ちゃっぷ焼き（豚の肩ロース） |
旭川名物の新子焼きを食べたくて、お店に。
平日の夕方だったこともあってか、
並ぶこともなく入れた。
手前がいっぱいに見えても
奥にテーブル席があるので
意外と入れる可能性が高いかな。
頼んだものは串のフルコース
新子焼きハーフ&ハーフ
マッシュルーム串
＋お通しの白菜のお漬け物
串のフルコースは1050円で7本
焼きあがった順に出してくれるので嬉しい。
そして美味しい。
味付けはおまかせにすると
レバーはタレ、鳥皮は塩でくるので
次はレバーと鳥皮だけ味付け指定で
お願いしよう。
マッシュルームも美味しかった。
そして、お目当ての新子焼きは
個人的には香川の骨付鳥の方が好き。
値上がりしてしまって2,000円と高いかな。
ちなみにおすすめされた
タレと合うように男山酒造にお願いして
作ってもらったというちどり串は
スッキリ飲みやすかった。
店員さんの雰囲気もよく
また旭川に行ったら行きたいお店ではあるけど
名物新子焼き以外のものをリピートする予定。
