ホルモンと言えば豚メインの地、旭川。。
色々検索してメニューが豊富なこちらの店に入店。
夫婦でやってるのかなあ。接客はいい感じです。
牛ハツ売り切れてました。。
牛レバー。。。ん？凍ってる。。期待出来ねーとか思ったら意外と美味い！ちょい炙りでいただきました。全然臭くなかったです。
鶏ささみ。。。なんとなく頼んでみてこちらもちょい炙りで。。美味い！かかってるスパイスがお菓子？みたいな味で良いです。
シマ腸。。。こちらも臭みなく美味いテッチャンです。都会では普通レベルですが、旭川では珍しいんじゃないでしょうか！
次の日も行こうとした（定休日でした。。）ぐらい良い店でした。
次も旭川に来たらここだな。
