旭川市豊岡の寿司店、ランチで訪問しました。
夜はいろいろなメニューがあるようですが、ランチメニューは２種類。
その中でも「特製海鮮巻き」のランチが人気のようです。
海鮮巻きがメインの
「松ランチ」（１，０００円）を注文します。
みぞれ蒸しや土瓶蒸しなど手の込んだものがセットになっているので１５分ちょっと待ったかな。
大将が具材たっぷりの海鮮巻きを丁寧に巻いて切って盛りつけてくれます。
なかなか豪華なランチですね。
特製海鮮巻き・・まぐろ・サーモン・かんぱち・とびっこ・きゅうりなどが巻かれた太巻きです。酢飯はそんなに酢が強くなく食べやすい。巻かれた寿司を切って１本分が盛られているので食べ応えがありますね。具材もたっぷりで評判通りの美味しさです！
みぞれ蒸し・・餡かけタイプの茶碗蒸し、カニとすり身が使われています。カニの量はたっぷりで、カニシュウマイを茶碗蒸し仕立てにした感じでしょうか。
土瓶蒸し・・薄口でとても上品な風味の土瓶蒸しです。舞茸・海老・鶏肉が入っています。お猪口に少しずつ移してお寿司と一緒に楽しみました。
寿司店の１，０００円のランチとしてはとても充実した内容でした。このレベルのセットがランチで提供されるのなら夜も期待できそうですね。お寿司の他に天ぷらもあるようです。夜も訪問したいお店でした。
