以前大黒屋さんは函館の店舗で食べたことあり、とても美味しかったので確か旭川が本店だったと思いこちらのお店にも行ってみました。
雰囲気
清潔感もあるし煙もかなり吸い出してくれてるのでなかなか良い雰囲気じゃないでしょうか？！
サービス
若いスタッフさん達の接客でしたね。
お味
以前は肩ロース、タン、モモ、ショルダーetc
頂きましたが結局肩ロースが一番美味しかったので今回は肩ロースを中心にして追加で厚切りチョップ、ショルダー、ソーセージを少々注文。
ソーセージもなかなか良かったですが、肩ロースがやはり今回も優勝でしたね！
