北海道旅行の2日目、1ヶ月程前に予約して行きました。
旅行の予定を立てる際、最初層雲峡に泊まろうかと思っていましたが、どのホテルも晩ご飯がそれほど魅力的じゃ無く、それなら前から一度行ってみたかった、大黒屋に行こうと旭川泊に。
予約は、午後4時からのみ、ちょっと早いですがせっかくなので。
ところが当日、お店から「3時半から開けてますので、よろしければどうぞ」と連絡が入る。
いや、さすがに早いやろ、おやつの時間やん（笑）
と、ホテルチェックイン後、予定通り4時にお店へ。
すでに多くのお客さんが待っていました。
ちなみに4時半ごろには80組待ちって言ってました。
さすがゴールデンウィークですね。
オーダーは、大黒セットに肩ロースとモモを追加で。
それとこの日おすすめの、富良野のアスパラ1本350円を2本。
これはすごく太くて大きく、ジューシーでホント美味しかったです。
後で、スーパーなどで見ましたが300円+ぐらいしてたので適正価格ですね。
お肉は、まずお店の方が一切れずつ焼いてくれ、焼き方のポイントなどをレクチャーしてくれます。
どの部位も、臭みも無く柔らかくホント美味しかったです。
たれも美味しいですね。
店の方はどの人もテキパキ動いて、オーダーなどもこまめに聞いてくれました。
ビールとサワー各1杯、それに日本酒を2合頼んで7000円代後半でしたのでコスパもいいですね。
旭川に行く機会があればまた行ってみたいです。
ちなみに、さすが時間が早かったのでこの日は夜、天金に旭川ラーメンを食べに行きました（笑）
