旭川の繁華街の外れに、ちょっとこちゃこちゃっと飲み屋さんが入ったビルがあるんだ。
この周辺微妙にニッチな趣向を狙ってるお店が数件あって、、、、、その中でも広島お好み屋さんが夏の間扉を開けて営業されていて、、、、案外混んでるんですよね。
気になるよね。
それなりに予習をして、、、、、メニュー美味しそうなんだ。
日本酒もそれなり、、、、、お好みも美味しそうだし、サイドメニューも広島広島しているんだよね。

でも、店主さんの対応が塩味なんだ、、、、、要注意ね~~;
予約なしで伺うと、小上がりで2組の宴会中、、、、、鉄板の前はがら空きなので、ど～ぞと一番奥にご案内いただく。
よっこらしょっと、、、、、最初にビールをお願いするが、、、、、本当に不愛想＞＜笑
ちょっと、間違ったオーダーしちゃったら、ぶすっとされちゃいましたが大丈夫か？
メニューから、カレー風味の納豆オムレツとつぼちゃんスペシャル玉をお願いいたします。
最初に、突き出し出てきてビールをｸﾞﾋﾞｸﾞﾋﾞ♬
主さんは目の前の鉄板に並べたお好みを仕上げに入っている。
うん、オペレーションは手慣れたもので、大盛キャベツをしばし放置したら、標高が落ちてきて卵は割らずに目玉焼きの半熟状態で、お好み具材をひっくり返してポン♪
じゅわ～っと押しつぶしてしばらくしたら鉄板のお皿に盛りつけてお多福投入で完成=3
先ほどからオヤジどものスペシャルもキャベツこんもりの上に、いろいろな具材がぽんぽんと乗っかってきた。
おっと、ここでオムレツに行くんだね。
どうやら、宴会さんたちのお料理もひと段落したらしく、主さんのペースもゆったりしてきた。
ならばとオヤジもお酒にうつろ～かな。

卵を柔らかくまとめたところに、納豆とカレーを投入して包んでいく、、、、オムレツというよりも豚平風ですわ、、、見た目ね。
はいど～ぞとご提供いただき、お箸を入れると、とろっとろなんです♬
カレー風味もほんのり、納豆の美味しさと卵のふわとろでいい具合ですわ。

そんなこんなしていると、目の前にお多福まみれのお好みもいらっしゃいましたよ。
あれだけ高く積み上げたキャベツもいまや、ぺったんこ。
本当に広島お好みは健康的だと思う。

いやぁ、なんだか酒肴じゃなくって、ご飯になってきた~~;
美味しいし、これソースまみれじゃないのでしょっぱすぎずビールやお酒で追いかけなくても、十分繰り返すことが出来るんだ。
実は、もう一品なにか食べたいなぁと思ってるんだが、すっかりお好み焼でお腹が一杯。

いや、せっかく健康的なメニューで精神的に満足なオヤジですから、ここで無理しちゃダメね。

結局、オーダー入れる以外のコミュニケーション皆無でしたが、きっと悪気があるわけじゃないんだろうね。
カウンターを挟んで距離が短い接客商売としては少々残念だが、お料理美味しかったので文句なし。
なんだか広島行けたみたいで楽しかった。
次回はもっとジャンキーな広島メニューも攻めてみたい。
