連れ合いが、旭川から旭山動物園に向かう途中で見つけたお店。ランチに利用させていただきました。「Rissotteria GAKU tre」さんで、どうもリゾットの専門店のようです。また、スイーツも充実してます。
お店に入ると2組の待ち客がいて、20分ほど待って席に案内されました。メニューを見ると驚くほどたくさんのリゾットメニューが。トマトベースやコンソメベースなど、ざっと見て50〜60種類はあります。
悩んだ挙句、その日のお勧めのリゾットにします。トマトベースの「豚肉とじゃがいもを使ったリゾット」のようです。併せて食後の「ミルクジェラート」も頼みます。
初めてお店でいただくリゾットですが、これが美味い。固めに炊かれたお米には歯応えがありスープと一緒にいただくので、口の中を流れ込むよう。爽やかな酸味を感じるリゾットです。具材の豚肉て巻いたじゃがいもペーストも、モチモチした食感と豚肉の肉汁の旨味が感じられます。リゾットも美味いもんですね。
食後の「ミルクジェラート」も、とろけるように滑らかなミルク味。口の中をサッパリさせてくれます。同時に甘いミルクの味の余韻がたのしめます。
満足のランチをいただくことができました。どうやら北海道に展開されているチェーン店のようです。関西にも進出されれば、流行るように感じます。
