初ガクトレです、今回頼んだのは以下の通り。

・ゆで鶏のシーザーサラダ
・"道産豚のボンベッテ"
里芋のトマトソースリゾット
・いちじくの赤ワイン煮
バニラアイス添え
リゾットの種類が本当に多くて、
迷うどころの話ではありませんが
黒板にあったおススメをお願いして
正解でしたね。一皿で完成の料理。
添えられた各種食材もそれぞれに
調理されていてどれも美味しいし、
それを下でどっしり支えるリゾットが
最高にイケてます。
自分、固めのご飯が大好きなのを
思い出しました。
固さと味は注文時に加減をお願いできます。
様々の客層が美味しいものを食べに来たという
笑顔で楽しんでいる姿が、この店の努力の結果を
物語っているように思いました。
次はどんなリゾットを食べようかと
