朝7時から営業している旭川市東光にあるパン屋さん『小麦工房 Maman (ママン)』を初訪問しました。
お店は、2名までしか入店できないので外で少し待ちます。
8時過ぎの訪問でしたが、既に売り切れの商品があります。
『明太ポテトパン 230円』『クリームチョコロール 190円』『塩パン (バター) 130円』を購入。
道産小麦「ゆめちから」にこだわったパンで、もっちりとした食感です。
特に「明太ポテトパン」は、博多の「かねふく」の明太子を使っていて、じゃがいも、パン生地と絶妙にマッチしていてとても美味しかったです。
