北海道旅行の移動の途中で立ち寄りました。
駐車場に入ろうとすると、小雨の降る中にもかかわらず
スタッフの方が丁寧に誘導して下さいました。感謝。
入店して席に案内される。
最初のお料理から全員が魅了されました。
そうなると、次のお料理が待ち遠しくなります。
シェフのコンセプト通り、素材の良さが引き立ったお料理。
久しぶりの外食をより一層充実したものにしてくれました！
コロナ対策もあり、マスクは必須ですが、
料理の説明が聞き取りにくかったのは残念です。
次回は是非夕食で訪問できるような日程を組みたいと思います。
