Located on the corner of Kaimo Koen and 4-jo Street, this cafe and bar has a Hawaiian atmosphere and is very eye-catching. It is run by a master who loves Hawaii and has a resort atmosphere. This was our second stop that day, and it seems they have a variety of drinks, but in Asahikawa, I would like to try a rare Hawaiian beer. [b: "Kona Beer Blonde Ale"] (900 yen) was ordered by my companion. It was poured into a glass. This was my first time drinking it, but it was refreshing and very smooth! It's a fruity beer with a subdued bitterness, and the mango flavor is very pleasant! There seems to be a variety of unusual food items as well. We ordered two popular Hawaiian foods. [b: "Garlic Shrimp"] (1,000 yen) - It is said to use shrimp sauce from Hawaii, so it has a very authentic taste. It was full of garlic, and the plump texture of the shrimp was very delicious and satisfying. [b:"Oxtail Noodles"] (1,000 yen)... The oxtail is stewed for a day. It's very soft! It comes with plenty of grated ginger. It's the local style to eat it with plenty of grated ginger. It's a light and delicious soup. The noodles inside are usually served with Ramen, since it's Asahikawa, but you can also choose somen, so on this day I ordered somen. (I eat Ramen all the time... (lol)) While eating the delicious food, I had my second drink, and my companion had the same thing. I was interested in drinks made with "chia seeds", so I ordered [b:"Chia Seed Drink Tropical Pineapple"] (700 yen). The small chia seeds turn into a jelly-like substance in the water. It's very smooth! There were various desserts, so I ended up ordering [b:"Parfait Tropical"] (680 yen). It uses pineapple and mango. There was plenty of mango at the bottom of the glass! It was a tropical finale (lol). The cold season is coming up, but this restaurant has a Hawaiian atmosphere so you can always feel like summer!
