This time I visited for a reason... (*^^*) I was in a hurry because the restaurant I had originally booked closed early... Due to the current circumstances, I have to avoid crowded restaurants... It's difficult to interact with other customers. A white arrow at a restaurant that doesn't have it ♬ [Free-range chicken liver sashimi] ♬ Kyushu's sweet soy sauce goes well with it ✩.*˚ It's been a while since I've had chicken liver or sweet Kyushu soy sauce (*˘ ˘*)...♪*ﾟ Salt & sesame oil It's also delicious ♡ There's something wrong with the other dishes...they're "specially purchased" that aren't listed on the menu...lol I listened to the owner, San, tell me about his background as a chef, and I was treated to a calm and mature atmosphere.
