富良野を食べたいならくまげらへ。野趣に富む鍋やここでしか飲めない日本酒があります
昭和55年、某有名TVドラマのロケ中「くまげらに富良野をつくろう！」をテーマに創業。役者やスタッフに愛されて育った店です。ドラマに登用されマスターも2回出演しました。店の内外に布礼別の畑の石を積み上げ、外まわりには富良野ワインのブドウが絡みます。店内は中富良野の川と空知川に眠っていた埋もれ木、麓郷の山から取った蔓などを使い、芸術性溢れる空間に仕立てています。料理は「富良野」を大切にした創作料... |
富良野で食べるものがなかったので、外国人にも人気のお店とのことでどんなものかと伺ってきました。
ジビエをいただきたかったので今回は鹿、鴨、鶏の山賊鍋と熊肉の生姜焼きを。
結論から言うと鹿も鴨も熊も冷凍肉です。
ジビエならではの味は薄め。肉質も硬め。
比良山荘でいただいた熊とかを想像してオーダーしたので、結構な衝撃でした。
お酒は色々揃っていて飲みメインならいいかも。
