[Today's Neapolitan] Nordu (Hokkaido: Furano) Today's Neapolitan is from Furano! Nordu is a cheese fondue Restaurants with lodging attached, located about 10 minutes by car from Furano city. It serves Furano Omelet Curry. It is a restaurant that serves Furano Omelet Curry, a B-grade menu that adheres to strict six rules, but I visited because they had a menu that looked like Neapolitan. On the menu, there is a pasta called "Tomato flavor with seafood". When I asked the staff, they said it was Neapolitan. If they say it's Neapolitan, I have to believe it! So, of course I ordered Neapolitan! (A small amount) After placing the order, they started cooking, but the kitchen is far away so I couldn't hear the frying sound. After waiting for about 6 minutes, the Neapolitan (?) arrived. It is a Western Cuisine style Neapolitan with medium-thin noodles + green peppers + onions + scallops + shrimp. I tried it right away and...yes, it's seafood! If you're not careful, the Napolitan spaghetti, which is only moderately fried, will fly onto your shirt. The pasta, which is rich in seafood ingredients such as scallops and shrimp, lives up to the description on the menu! It's more like a pasta that evokes the port city of Naples than spaghetti Napolitan. So, I gave up on the Furano Ome Curry... ★★★☆☆ ----------------------------------------------------------- Shimogoryo, Furano City, Hokkaido Neapolitan(?) 1000 yen
