気まま北海道ドライブ旅。
車を流していたら良さげな食堂を見つけたのでIN。
メニューに地場物メシで富良野オムカレーというのがありおもしろそうだったので注文。
富良野ご当地オムカレー900円
相方は醤油ラーメン650円。
富良野オムカレーには、
・食材は富良野産を使う
・ふらの牛乳をつける
・ふらのさんチーズorバターorワインをつける
といったいくつかの定義をたてて
ご当地メシとして富良野の食堂やレストランで提供しているもよう。
こちらのオムカレーはケチャップライスにオムとカレーがかかっているためか
はたまたカレーにワインなどが入ってるのかはわからないけど
コクの中にほんのり酸味を感じるカレーでした。
野菜が美味しいですね。
あとふらの牛乳がめちゃくちゃおいしかった！最高。
デザートにメロンがさらっとついてくるのがさすが北海道。
ふらの牛乳、おすすめ。
