富良野でどうしても行きたかったお店。
ワガママを言って新富良野プリンスまで。
敷地内森の奥、静かに佇む珈琲店。
車を停めて森の中へ。
ニングルテラスの木道から行くのもありだけど、私は木立の中をウッドチップが敷き詰められた小道を歩いて向かう。
倉本聰さんのドラマ"優しい時間"の舞台だったお店。
目の前に現れたウッドハウスを見て感動です。
やはりカウンター席は人気なご様子で満席。
窓際の緑が眺められる席にしました。
ガラス越しの木々が鮮やかで眩しい。
「雪解け」のケーキセット 1050円
ちょっと硬さを感じるチョコレートガナッシュにきめ細かいスポンジの層。
雪解けならぬ口どけが心地よい。
コーヒーはドラマみたいにミルを"ゴリゴリ"させてはもらえません。笑
濃いめに淹れた美味しいコーヒーです。
森とケーキとコーヒーと…
オルゴールのBGMが流れる優しい時間。
大きく深呼吸して天窓から青空を仰ぎます。
