北海道旅行はバタバタしがちなので、ゆったりとした雰囲気でお茶をしたいと思い探していたところ、こちらを見つけました(^^)
新富良野プリンスホテルの敷地内にあり、駐車場に車を停めたら、少し森の中に入っていって散策する感覚です！
17時半前に着きましたが、お店にはすぐ入ることができました☆
お腹にあまり余裕がありませんでしたが、せっかくここまできたのでケーキセットにして、初雪と雪解けを注文してみました！
雪解けは、1番上がしっかり硬めのチョコレートの層で、スポンジはふわふわでクリームと層になっているのでしっとりしています(o^^o)
初雪はケーキ生地の目が粗めでポロポロ崩れやすいタイプのガトーショコラで、コーヒーと合う甘さでした☆
個人的には雪解けの方が好みでした♡
