美瑛の町中にある自家焙煎コーヒーのお店です。
「工房」というのは、文字通り、元々看板とかを作っていらしたとのこと。
通りでお店の看板や、内装が凝っていると思った。
「マンデリン」472円
焙煎はフルシティくらい。焙煎前にハンドピックもあり。
苦味も多すぎず、独特の酸味もアクセント程度あって飲みやすい。
香り高く、ちゃんとコクもあります。
「大豆ブレンド」420円
珈琲豆と青大豆（美瑛の有機栽培）を１：１でブレンドしてあるとのこと。
苦味主体で香りの良い珈琲に、大豆の甘味、旨味を足していったような味わいでした。
もっとケンカしているのかな？と思っていましたが、
けっこうバランスよくまとめてあるのが面白いです。
好みはわかれるかもしれませんが、私は楽しく頂けました。
けっして代用品とかではなく、ちゃんと考えられた一品です。
接客は適度。
ごちそう様でした。
また寄ります。
