富良野線美瑛駅から徒歩数分の場所にあるコーヒー専門店。自家焙煎を行なっていて本格的なコーヒーを楽しめるお店。
一階はカウンター席。二階もあるようですが、私が訪問したときは二階は閉鎖されていました。
メニューはストレートコーヒーがマンデリンなど６種、ブレンドが５種、カフェオレなどアレンジコーヒーが９種、コーヒー専門店ですが、紅茶やアップルジュースもメニューにあります。コーヒーはブレンドは450円税込、ストレートコーヒーは500円(日替わりで１種類が450円になります)
丁寧ドリップ式ですが、メニューにエスプレッソもあるのでエスプレッソマシンもあります。
コーヒー以外のメニューはほとんどないのが特徴。私が訪問した日はチョコシフォンケーキがあったようです。
フレンチブレンド450円
アイスコーヒーに向いてるとメニューにありますが、すっきりした苦味がおいしくホットでもお勧め。
苦味ブレンド450円
苦味が強いのですが、トータルではフレンチブレンドの方がバランスが取れていて好みでした。
韓国のグループが途中で来店したのですが、お店の方が優しく対応しているのが印象的でした。
外国人観光客に対して異常に冷たいお店は日本人の私達も不快になってしまいますよね。
居心地の良い素敵なお店。
