2021.5.1（土）14:30初訪
もう何年も前から食べログでチェックしていたお店。
ようやくいただく機会に恵まれました。
富良野の実家の帰省に併せて
店舗受取の予約を電話で。
1日18個しか作らない貴重なプリン
郵送なら何ヵ月待ちとかの人気だそう。
前日の電話じゃムリかなぁと思いきや
すんなり予約できました！
思ってたよりハードル低かった～
翌日
一緒に行ってみたいという母を連れて。
麓郷街道から麓郷の中心街を右折
東山方面へ。
小さな看板を目印に
砂利道で起伏の激しい農道を進みます。
突然現れる掘っ立て小屋
あ～やっと来たよ～
エントランスでプリンを受けとります。
帰って食べてみると…
あ、自分の家で作るプリンの延長だ（笑）
かなりどっしりとしていて
トロッという食感とは正反対のやつ。
うーん、値段と買うまでの時間を考えると
再訪はないかな～
でも
ずっと気になっていたプリンだったので
経験値を積んだことは収穫でした。
