[Biei Station] Enjoy handmade dishes made with locally sourced ingredients at an affordable price
We are particular about using locally sourced ingredients, including those from Biei, Kamikawa, and Hokkaido. All the dishes we serve are handmade. We have a menu with easy pricing that allows you to |
A shop located behind Biei Station. There are many menu items such as pasta, pizza, curry, set meals, and rice bowls, but Biei's local gourmet "Biei Curry Udon" seems to be popular. Curry Udon comes in `` Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)'' and ``yakimen'' types, and there are also sets with ``katsu'' and ``fried shrimp.'' I ordered [b: "Biei Curry Udon (Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)) cutlet set"] (1,280 yen, comes with vegetable salad and Biei milk) and [b: "after-meal hot coffee"] (200 yen). Ready in about 10 minutes. They will ask if you need a paper apron. I didn't use it though. Biei Curry Udon (Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)) cutlet set... Various toppings are placed on top of the udon. Pork, boiled eggs, tomatoes, and fried asparagus, eggplant, pumpkin, and potatoes. The udon noodles have a chewy and chewy texture, so try dipping them in curry. The curry is more of a Japanese style. It wasn't that spicy, but it had a nice spiciness to it. The udon noodles also had boiled pork on top, and the curry also had quite a bit of pork in it. Biei milk is also included, and drinking milk in the middle of curry goes surprisingly well. The cutlet isn't very thick, but pork is used both on top of the udon and in the curry, so this amount is enough to satisfy me. You could eat it with curry, but the taste would be monotonous, so I had it served with table sauce. From June, it seems that summer-only "chilled Curry Udon" and "super chilled Chinese udon" will start!
