[Biei Station] Enjoy handmade dishes made with locally sourced ingredients at an affordable price
We are particular about using locally sourced ingredients, including those from Biei, Kamikawa, and Hokkaido. All the dishes we serve are handmade. We have a menu with easy pricing that allows you to |
I took a bus from Asahikawa to Shirokane Blue Pond, and after being truly impressed by the Blue Pond, I returned to Biei and stopped by for lunch while waiting for the bus to Asahikawa Airport. Located next to the station, you can watch trains arrive and depart from the window. Biei Curry Udon (Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)) is a local gourmet dish in Biei. What I ordered was the evolved version of Biei Curry Udon (fried noodles). A dish made with Hokkaido flour, vegetables, and meat. In the first place, I didn't have much opportunity to eat the fried noodles themselves, but the chewy noodles made their presence felt under the curry topped with plenty of cheese. This is quite possible. At the time of checkout, I also received a commemorative ballpoint pen since it was our 20th anniversary. Although my stay in Biei was very short, I enjoyed the atmosphere, the good local food, and the good atmosphere.
