富良野の外れ、森の中に少し入った場所にある隠れ家的なパン屋さん。
山小屋のような建物の中に大きな石窯があり、そこで焼き上げたパンを売っています。
カンパーニュやバゲットなどのハードなパンと山型の食パンがメイン。
あんぱんやメロンパン、クリームチーズが入ったソフトなパンもあります。
・バゲット/300円
たっぷりと打ち粉を振った大きなフランスパン。
ライ麦入りのため独特の風味があり、底にはかなり強く焼き目がついています。
叩くとゴツゴツ音がするくらいハードで、バリバリ、ムチムチ。
噛みちぎるのに苦労しますが、ここのパンの中でも特に香ばしさと風味が強くてとても美味しいです。
・豆パン/500円
ずっしりと重い山食型の豆パン。大粒の甘い金時豆がたっぷり入っています。
外はパリっと、中はしっとりモチモチ。
とても香りが良く、特に焼きたてだと感動するほどです。
・クリームチーズとくるみのパン/200円
ふわふわに柔らかいパンの中にクルミと滑らかなクリームチーズがたっぷり入ってます。
ほど良い塩気と香ばしさがとても良いです。
・ラスク(レーズン)/100円
細長い形のラスクです。プレーンもありました。
薄めで、とってもサクサクと軽い歯ざわり。
グラニュー糖などは特についていないため、レーズンの甘味と香ばしさをたっぷり味わえます。
どのパンも非常に美味しいです。特にハード系好きな方におすすめ。
