富良野市中心部にあるバウムクーヘン専門店。
今は「サッポロファクトリー」にもお店がありますが、やはり「富良野みやげ」としてここは人気がありますね。
お土産や贈答用にまとめて買っているお客さんも多いようです。(前の女性客まとめて買ってたからお会計少し待ちました・・・。）
いろいろな種類があるようだけど、やっぱり人気№１のここの代表的なバウムクーヘン
「クリスピーバウムクーヘン」（２，１６０円）を購入。
スティックタイプもあったけど、お土産も兼ねていたのでこちらにします。
自宅に帰って開けてみます。お店で見るより小さな？印象・・・。結構いいお値段なんですね・・。
中の説明を読むと、オーブントースターで１分程焼くと焼きたての食感になると書いてある。
食べやすい大きさに切ってからその通りにオーブントースターで温めます。
外は、「カリッ」と。中は「モチッ」とした食感。
歯ごたえもよくて、まさに「クリスピー」な食感！！
「ふらの牛乳」やこだわりのバターを使っているようで、なかなか素材にもこだわっているようですね。
自分の中で一番好きなバウムクーヘンは、某デパ地下に売ってる「H」店のものでこれは譲れないけど、こちらのクリスピーな食感もなかなか気に入りました！
