富良野の街中、富良野マルシェの交差点向かいにあるお店です。立地的にも目立つお店なのですが、富良野には他にも魅力的なお店が多いこともあり、なかなか行く機会がありませんでしたので、初訪です！
バウムクーヘンなのでどれもでっか目。お値段もなかなか。どれを買えばいいのかわかりませんでしたが、一番このお店らしい、このお店じゃないと出会えないものという目線で。
クリスピースティックバウムクーヘン（756円）
袋をあけた瞬間、ビックリするくらいにバターの香りが広がります。食指をそそる反面、どれだけバターを使用しているのだろうとカロリー的にやや不安になります笑
せっかくの形状なので一口目はかぶりつき、二口目からはカットしていただきました笑
上はさっくり、下はねっとり、そしてやはりバターの香りが食べていても主張しています。そういう意味ではけっこう尖っているので、好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれません。
とはいえ、普通のバームクーヘンとは少し違うオモシロイ一品ですし、生ケーキと違い賞味期限も長いので、お土産としてもいいと思います。
