平日に来訪しました。
2015年オープンのバウムクーヘン屋さん。
店名はドイツ語でクロサワさんのおうちという意味だそうです。
女性の店員さんが対応してくれました。
メロンやかぼちゃ、チーズのバウムクーヘンもあり、バリエーション豊かでした。
今回頂いたのは、
・ギフトセットA ￥3024
です。
クリスピースティックバウムクーヘン2つとソフトバウムクーヘンが入っております。
クリスピーはまるでクッキーのような食感で、ポリポリ食べられる。
ソフトはふらの牛乳が使われているため、ミルクがあり、しっとり。
どちらも美味しかったですが、私はバウムクーヘンらしいソフトバウムクーヘンの方が好きでした。
