以前 食べに来た時 臨時休業で
フラれたお店に リベンジです
スリランカカレーと悩んで
「キーマ野菜」に決定！
辛さ8番（天国） ご飯少なめ（80g）
10分かからず 素早い提供です
具材は ピーマン、人参、いんげん豆、
ブロッコリー、しめじ、茄子、
チンゲン菜、じゃが芋、水菜、
そして 大好物の挽き肉＼(^_^)／
ライスは 固め炊き上がりの
ターメリックライス 美味しい！
嬉しい玉ねぎのアチャール付き！！
ピーマン以外の野菜は
食感を残した固めの茹で加減
スープはトマトベース？かな？？
赤っぽいけど 酸味は強くなく
スパイスのバランスが良い
正統派スープカレー(#^.^#)
美味しいけど
ちょっとスープの量が少ないかな
