富良野のカレーと言えば、唯我独尊が有名。そう、大阪の岸和田にある唯我独尊の本店。行きたいと言うと、いつも並んでるから時間的に無理と息子。旅行者の悲しいところ。口はカレーの口なので、息子お勧めのスリランカカレーのお店にすることに。
こちらは、テーブル席は満席だがカウンター席が空いていたのでラッキー。
注文したのはスリランカカレー990円、辛さは大辛、ごはんは少なめ。カミさんは中辛で注文。
10分足らずで到着。
ワンプレートに盛り付けられたカレーは2種類、基本のチキンカレーと本日はポークカレー、豚バラ肉が2枚。
カレーの上にはチンゲンサイ、胡椒炒めのじゃがいも、カボチャ、パプリカのピクルス、タマネギのアチャール？等、北海道の野菜がトッピング。
2種類のカレーは、違いは分かるがどちらもスパイシーで、独特の香りで旨い。大辛にしたので確かに辛いが食べられないほどではない。
途中から混ぜて、美味しくいただいた。
